Free Lecture: A non-diet approach to food, weight, and health
Attending a free lecture is a great way to get to know us and learn more about our approach. We'll discuss the harmful cycle of dieting and share our thoughts on how we change, why we diet, and offer recommendations for a satisfying relationship with food, body and self.

Skills in Conscious Eating (4 weeks)
This 4-week group will provide practical information and hands-on activities to encourage a healthy and holistic approach to eating. Dana Sturtevant, MS, RD and Hilary Kinavey, MS, LPC will help participants discover the mental and emotional roots of a disconnected relationship with food and body, and will explore the use of consciousness techniques to have a more satisfying relationship with food and self. Cost: $35 per week.

Making Peace with Your Body (10 weeks)
Dana and Hilary co-facilitate this 10-week program for women. Topics explored include conscious eating, gentle nutrition, hunger awareness, body image and joyful movement. The intent of the program is to help participants let go of food/weight obsession and develop an attuned relationship to food and self. The group will offer the support needed to safely explore the often confusing relationship between food, body and self and provide practical tools for improving emotional and physical health and wellness.Cost: $40.00 per week (10% discount available when balance is paid in full.)

Body Image Workshop for Women (2 Saturdays)
This workshop will allow you to safely explore the often complex interplay between our relationship with our bodies, their shape and image, and how that impacts our ability to care for ourselves. Discuss how body image is a catalyst for a troubled relationship with food, and emerge from this workshop with insights, understanding and a renewed appreciation for the intricate connections between food, body and self. This 4-week course, facilitated via conference call, will provide practical information to encourage a healthy and holisitic approach to eating. Facilitators Hilary Kinavey, MS, LPC and Dana Sturtevant, MS, RD will help participants begin to understand the roots of a disconnected relationship with food, body, and self. You will leave this experience having been introduced to techniques for Intuitive Eating that will allow you to "try different instead of harder." Cost: $160.

Belly, Body, Baby and Beyond: A Body Image Workshop for Pregnant or Postpartum Women (1 day)
This workshop is designed specifically for the changes women experience during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. It is in this delicate time that we connect with the power of nature to create new life. We watch our body change, prepare ourselves for what is needed, and as our identity shifts, it can impact our ability to care for and know ourselves. Discuss how we can use this time to create a healthy, lasting image of ourselves. This workshop will be co-facilitated by Dana and Hilary (who is expecting her first baby April 20th). Cost: $125.00
