Dana and Hilary co-facilitate this 10-week program for women. Topics explored include conscious eating, gentle nutrition, hunger awareness, body image and joyful movement. The intent of the program is to help participants let go of food/weight obsession and develop an attuned relationship to food and self. The group will offer the support needed to safely explore the often confusing relationship between food, body and self and provide practical tools for improving emotional and physical health and wellness.Cost: $40.00 per session - 10% discount available when balance is paid in full.
